Now Facebook time is release for Facebook fan pages. as you know facebook has recently update new design is called Timeline
Time line is fully featured system for profiles and pages.

How to Get it?
- Go to your page and you can see on front top for facebook timeline option
- click on preview
- Facebook will show you a preview/demo of your facebook page you can upload your cover photo and check the system
- if you like timeline features then click on publish now if you dont like it then click on (your old design)
- Note: after publish you are not able convert it back to old version
